The answer is you can't in a normal way How to find if the person is insecure or not? As much as I would like to speak it for hours there are few pieces of evidences which proves a person to be under the cloud of insecure. Having experienced it in one hand I can be very assured of the things I am willing to share to the greater crowd: The person always will never appreciate achievements of the closed ones since they will feel they didn't do one like you did. The person will always try to show they are competitive but on real note terms they aren't and just bluffing themselves and everyone around them to just make it a showoff. The person will never think about the hardships others have to go through and for most times they will be self serving people and it will start to impact with the closed ones sooner or later.
